Clean room, comfortable bed, with friendly and helpful staff who provided us with great advice for exploring nearby attractions, making our trip truly enjoyable, and the underground metro station is just 30 seconds away for easy commuting.

I loved the breakfast choices, especially the fresh fruits and local pastries! The free water and candy in the lobby were a nice touch, too. I would definitely return!

I had a good stay at the Rossio Garden Hotel. A charming location near vibrant streets added to my experience. Staff showed tremendous helpfulness despite a slight check-in hiccup. Cleanliness and comfort were prioritized, ensuring a restful stay while exploring Lisbon's art and history.

We just loved our stay! The sun terrace was a fantastic spot to unwind and the game room was a hit with the kids. However, the air conditioning could've worked a bit better, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, making it slightly challenging to maneuver large luggage, particularly if you’re traveling with family. The lack of a refrigerator was a bit inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks. Additionally, some guests might find the check-in time frustrating if the room isn't ready by 3 PM, especially when tired from travel. There were reports of peculiar smells in some rooms, which could definitely use better ventilation. A tissue box in the room would have added a nice touch too.
